About Us — PackTight
We got tired of paying baggage fees. So we built a better way to pack.
PackTight was born out of a straightforward frustration: watching perfectly reasonable luggage get rejected at the gate — or paying £50 each way to check a bag that barely felt full. There had to be a smarter way.
We set out to build travel gear that works harder than you pack. Gear that compresses your clothes down to a fraction of their size, fits inside Ryanair and easyJet under-seat dimensions, and holds up through dozens of trips without complaint. That's PackTight.
What we make
Every product we make is built around one goal: helping you travel with less friction. Our vacuum-compression bags remove trapped air from your clothes, cutting down bulk so a week's worth of outfits actually fits inside a 40L carry-on. Our compression packing cubes keep your bag organised without any extra bulk. Our carry-ons are built to under-seat spec for the most restrictive budget airlines in Europe.
- Cabin Compression Bags — sized to fit under the seat, not the overhead bin
- Vacuum Packing Cubes — compress and organise in one step
- Roller Carry-Ons — wheeled, compression-built, airline-approved
- Travel Accessories — pumps, weight handles, toiletry bags, pillows
How we test our gear
Every PackTight product goes through real-world testing before it reaches you. We check compression ratios under airline-spec conditions, stress-test zippers and seals across hundreds of open/close cycles, and verify dimensions against the most restrictive low-cost carrier requirements (yes, that means Ryanair's 40 × 20 × 25 cm under-seat rule).
If it doesn't survive the journey — literally and figuratively — it doesn't ship.
Our promise to you
We stand behind every product we sell. That means a 90-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied for any reason, free tracked shipping on all orders, and a 3-year warranty on manufacturing defects. No forms to fill, no phone trees to navigate — just email our support team and we'll sort it.
Travel smarter. Pack tighter. Leave the fees behind.
