We're a small team, and we read every message. If you have a question about your order, need advice on which bag suits your itinerary, or something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

What we can help with
Most enquiries fall into one of these areas. Knowing which applies to you helps us reply faster.
- Order tracking and delivery. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or your tracking hasn't updated in more than five business days, share your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier.
- Product issues and warranty claims. A faulty valve, a broken zip, a seal that won't hold. These things happen, and our 3-year warranty covers them. A photo and your order number is all we need to get started.
- Buying advice. Not sure whether the 40L Under-Seat or the 60L Carry-On suits your trip? We're happy to talk through your itinerary and recommend what actually fits your airline's rules.
- Press and partnerships. For media requests, collaboration enquiries, or wholesale, please use the subject line "Press" or "Partnership" when writing in.
Returns and our guarantee
You have 90 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, no questions asked. Full details, including how to request a prepaid return label, are on our Returns and Refunds page.

Quick answers
How long does standard delivery take?
Within the UK, most orders arrive in 2 to 4 business days after dispatch. EU customers usually receive their order in 4 to 7 business days. We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. All orders include tracking.
How do I return a product?
Email support@packtight.co with your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 to 48 hours. UK and EU customers receive a prepaid label at no cost.
Is the pump included with the backpacks?
The Travel Pump is sold separately. Our Cabin Compression Bags and Carry-Ons are compatible with the PackTight pump as well as most standard vacuum nozzles. The pump is compact enough to fit in your carry-on and is available in our travel accessories collection.
Do the bags fit under a Ryanair or easyJet seat?
Our 40L Cabin Compression Bag is sized to meet Ryanair's under-seat personal item dimensions (40 x 20 x 25 cm). easyJet's under-seat allowance is more generous at 45 x 36 x 20 cm, so you'll have no issues there. We always recommend checking your airline's current policy before flying, as carriers update their rules periodically.
