We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and quickly.

90-day money-back guarantee

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund. No hoops, no complicated forms. If it doesn't work for you, that's enough reason for us.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at support@packtight.co with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and, for UK and EU customers, a prepaid return label.
  3. Pack and post your item securely, using the label provided.
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item.

UK and EU customers receive a free prepaid return label. For returns from other regions, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refund timeline

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 days to show on your statement.

We refund the full order amount — no restocking fees.

Exceptions

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

3-year warranty

Beyond the standard return window, all PackTight products are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes faulty seams, broken valve mechanisms, failed zippers, and structural failures under normal use.

To make a warranty claim, email support@packtight.co with photos of the defect and your order number. We'll assess your claim and either send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, excessive force, or general wear over time.
