Every PackTight order ships with full tracking included, at no extra cost. Here's what to expect.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
How we ship
We partner with established carriers — including Royal Mail, DPD, and international postal networks — to get your order to you reliably and with full end-to-end tracking. Where available, we use carbon-neutral shipping services. All packaging is recyclable.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier's system after dispatch.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipping within the UK and EU, all applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total — no surprise charges on delivery.
For orders shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the rest of the world, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are determined by your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility. Most orders pass through customs without issue, but delays can occasionally occur.
Order issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or if your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@packtight.co and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
We process orders Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next available business day.
